So, I may have over read this on the forums.

But can someone tell me why this player is upset?

He's my rookie FB. I drafted him in the 3rd round this past off-season. He didn't start the 1st two games but has started the last 3. The other FB on the roster is inactive. He's had 17 carries over his 3 starts. I don't understand why he is unhappy?

the reason Josef Smith ( https://cust72.myfootballnow.com/player/3625 ) is upset or could be upset is which are as follows:
1. you arent playing him ,

2. he isnt playing at his best position like you say he is a FB which he is a 51/64 at FB but if he is like something like 40/99 at RB he is pissed because he should be at RB not FB ,

3. you have too many players at his position ,
4. your gameplan doesnt involve him running with the ball or blocking (though not sure if gameplan affects it)
etc.

if i had to say it would probably be #2 he is better suited for another position where he is much better than being a FB
i dont think #1 or #3 applies
Now not sure if your gameplan affects it but was thinking if he thinks he should getting more carries or should be blocking for your RBS and QBS then maybe there is a small chance your gameplan does.

Think it's the position thing.

However he was drafted as a FB and projects better at LT as an 85 FUT.

But he's 6'1 257. I know his weight will increase if I move him. Dang really like him as my FB.

Guess he is going to have to become trade bait, I like my o-line the way it is.

well he has 4 years on his contract so if one of your other OL guys retire you would at least have a option to move him there.

also there might be a chance his opinion changes of you and also make sure you dont want him because there has been times a player will be pissed at you for at least 3 seasons so you wont be able to get him if he goes on the market for at least 3 seasons .
