I received a message that Head Coaches' salaries had to be X % amount of Coordinators and Y % amount of Positional

Is there any information where I can find it for reference

I thought it was straight dollar amount. I've never seen anything tied to percentage for salaries.

There is a percentage based on player development if that's what you are referring to.

Something like HC 60%, OC/DC 30%, PC 10%

I cant find it either but it said HC makes double what coordinates make and they make double what position coaches make but I just made sure the HC got the most and the OC and DC a little less and position coaches less than the OC and DC. Didn't have to be a percentage. Just less as you went lower.

The restriction is based on salaries on your team. You can, for example, have:

HC : 100,000
Coords: 99,999
Position: 99,998

There is a bug with the AI that doesn't follow that if it signs a coach for you, in those cases you can rebalance your coaching salaries, if you get that message and perform the rebalance it will adjust your salaries so that the HC makes twice the coordinators who make twice the position coaches. This bug should be fixed in the next general release.

Ah. The double is if you don't fix it and the AI does it for you. Thanks!
