Can someone explain exactly what this means, or likely implications....

"Your coaching salaries are out of balance. As a recent update to the game engine, your head coach must have a higher salary than your coordinators, and your coordinators must have a higher salary than your position coaches. Because this restriction was not previously enforced, some teams have their salaries out of balance, and it is difficult if not impossible to correct this by simply renegotiating your coach's contracts.

Your team appears to be in this situation, so in order to rectify it, you may rebalance your coaching salaries. This will take the total you currently have in your coaching staff and distribute it so that your head coach is making twice as much as your coordinators and your coordinators are making twice as much as your position coaches. Once this has been completed your coaching salaries will be balanced and you should have no difficulty hiring new coaches.

Basically, what I think it means is if you accept the current state of the coaches' contracts as its laid out, you're boxed in. As you know Head Coach has to be higher than Coordinators and Coordinators have to possess higher contract values than the Positional Coaches.

So what it means is that you're coaching salary structure is out of whack and to fix it the magic button will allocate it more evenly.

There is a bug where the AI will sign for himself coaches that don't follow the salary rules (the rules that position coaches must make less than coordinators who must make less than your head coach). This may happen if you enter a game stage with a coach vacancy, or more likely if a team is under AI control and needs to sign a coach. You might not be able to sign a new coach until this is fixed, which is why you have this message. Just redistribute the salaries, your overall coaching budget will not change, but you will have properly distributed coaching salaries.
