I can't seem to make a decision. I have 2 K's neither are elite, but I need to keep 1 for the season. Here hows I'm thinking, both kickers are rookies, my weights.
William Brown 54/82, has 77 kicking strength (already maxed) and 88/92 accuracy, but did regress +2/-8 in TC. He can't regress much more as there is only a 4 point difference now in accuracy. He didn't get as many chances this preseason as the other guy but went 1/1 FG's and 1/1 xp. The thing is, the field goal was "49 yards" with 77 kicking strength.
Fred Boyce was the primary focus. 55/83... 84/94 kicking strength, 72/85 accuracy.. he did boom slightly at +6/+3. 3/3 in FG's with a 48 yard long, 4/5 xp's.
A few questions. What is the max distance for a 77 kicking strength kicker? At lets say 90 accuracy, can he routinely land 50 yard FG's? Was that one kick an outlier in you guy's experience? Being that kickers usually have long careers, and sitting at 72/85 accuracy now, could I expect Boyce's accuracy to creep up to say a max of 88/89.. maybe 90?
