This kicker is driving me crazy. I TRADED for this guy.

The holder's kick holding skill is 89. The snapper's long snapping skill is 96. I have all of my best pass blockers on the offensive line overrides for field goals.

Is there a hidden attribute?

89 strength ties into the 71.3 kickoff average and limits the range on FG length to 56-ish as the limit. But, 87 accuracy. I can say this...80 accuracy plays like 0 accuracy and the further you get away from 100 accuracy the more problematic nailing FGs become. Sub-90 definitely leaves the door open for misses. In theory, 87 is good - of course. I try to leave as little daylight as possible from 100 on accuracy as I can to avoid constant misses.

Guess I need to have higher standards. May need to expend a high draft pick on a better kicker to avoid all this angst. Thanks.

You're welcome.

Yeah, it's unfortunate. I've been stuck before with a kicker at 80-85 accuracy and you'll even see PAT's yank off the viewer to the side. (around 80 or so on that) Maybe even the 85. Just be sure to lock a kicker down as you said to avoid the angst.

I'll sign a guy with low kick strength (<90), before I'll sign a guy with low accuracy(<90).

I've employed a guy with <80 kick strength in a bind. His accuracy was 100.

TL/DR: Kicking algorithm is based on early 2000s FG/XP percentages.
