considering no one said why that site is not Secure in this thread or at least none of the website matters didnt reply in this thread ( https://paydirt.myfootballnow.com/forums/5/1061?page=1#7032 ) i thought i would ask this in Off topic and someone would know why even if i am wrong about what i wrote in that thread

They could be using https protocol with an expired certificate.

In fact they don't even use an SSL certificate at all, thats why the site is "not secure".
In July 2018 there was the official announcement from Google, that they will even show warn messages, if a site isn't using https encryption. Also sites not using an SSL protocol will get bad rankings in terms of search result listing on Google. See also:

Doesn't SSL certificates cost money?
You web masters can chime in as my only knowledge of how that all works is by a search. It appears to be a vast range of expense to it. I saw anywhere from how to do it for free to upwards to $1,000. I forget if that's per year or month.

That college basketball game in the OP is a fairly new game in beta. It's free to play and free to win with no adds. And pretty fun to play I must say. I brought this up to the Game Developer and he said that he is aware and is looking into it.
