In my wild card game my TE William Lynch was put in on defense. The only way I know this is that he got injured on the play. Makes me wonder how many other times "O" players were inserted on defense. My depth chart has no O players on D depth chart and vice versa.
Never had a problem with this, that I know of. I don't think there is a way for me to check the whole game how many times or how many were in at the same time, but I did lose.

only thing I can think of is he was put in as a DT and that's how he got on defense and got injuried maybe because you had not enough DT's to play defense so he was put at DT.

Not only did he get injured your Center 57 John Diaz got injuried on the play

So all told there is 3 players who are playing the wrong positions 2 offense on defense and 1 defense on offense.

Unless somehow those 3 players got injuried awhile they were on the sidelines goofing off or something.

Funny, I had a TE line up under center in a game yesterday as well, like you he wasn't listed anywhere else, but the QB did incur a minor injury, I'm assuming the TE was put in for one play while he received treatment

This may or may not be the case with this issue, but I think there's a bug where sometimes the play description says a player got injured when they were never actually in the game.

**** punisher, I didn't even realize my center got injured on that very same play!
