This is a stupid, stupid bug. My DE gets called for a Facemask penalty while pressuring a QB. At the same time, my CB intercepts the ball 40 yards down field. So of course my opponent gets the ball randomly placed somewhere 50 yards down field (not even the spot of the INT) and not 15 yards from the penalty.

Wow, just when you think you've got every permutation covered another combination of factors rears its ugly head. (Not that I think even now that every permutation is covered...) Thanks for the report - I'll release a hot fix today for this situation.
