As a recent update to the game engine, your head coach must have a higher salary than your coordinators, and your coordinators must have a higher salary than your position coaches. Because this restriction was not previously enforced, some teams have their salaries out of balance, and it is difficult if not impossible to correct this by simply renegotiating your coach's contracts.
Your team appears to be in this situation, so in order to rectify it, you may rebalance your coaching salaries. This will take the total you currently have in your coaching staff and distribute it so that your head coach is making twice as much as your coordinators and your coordinators are making twice as much as your position coaches. Once this has been completed your coaching salaries will be balanced and you should have no difficulty hiring new coaches.
