This might be a good time to bring up some of the 2016 rule changes and general league changes. For instance--the big one--is St. Louis going to be moved to LA in all MFN leagues? Also, will the touchback line be moved to the 25? And, relevant to this post, will the new IR rules come into effect. * St Louis is being moved to LA as standard leagues are rolling into their new seasons.
* Kickoffs will be moved to the 25 but that will most likely be part of the next release.
* The new IR rules in the NFL still only allow one player to come back after six weeks, the change is that teams no longer have to designate which player can return when they place him on IR. I've shied away from the designation to return IR just because I feel it would be more confusing than it would be beneficial, and this change kind of makes it even more confusing, so I'm still not sure whether I'm going to add this rule here.
