Tom Brady is a cheat

I would be surprised if he was ever proven guilty of cheating, instead of just speculation.

That is what is being said..."More probable than not".

Once more digging and delving goes on I'm convinced he will be found guilty

Rodgers also came out and said he liked the pressure a certain way. I am sure this was done by many teams. Wish they would put this much effort investigating real crimes. I am sure that 1lb difference is so much an impact.

Found it funny tho that some of Indy's ***** also dropped in pressure at halftime but stayed within the limits because they liked a higher pressure to start.

Oh and here is a nice page to see how everyone's favorite team has cheated in some way or another

Honestly a suspension is ridicules, at most its a equipment violation, no different then a player who wears the wrong cleats or whatever piece of equipment. $25k max fine according to the rules

"More probable than not" is really bulshitty conclusion.

Either there is evidences of misbehavior by any member of Patriots staff and the message between the staff members give no clearcut evidence of ilegal deflation, set aside knowledge than Brady knew about it (for what I read so far Brady tell staff members that he'd prefer the ***** less inflated than more, it is not clear that he ask for deflated below the regulatory requirements), and the discipline might proceed.

Either there is no such evidences and you continue your investigation or release that there is no conclusive evidence and that ball handeling after control by officiating crew should be better secure.

The report cannot draw recommendation that can be satisfying for any parts. Heavy punishment is certainly out of the picture with this "more than 50% chance" conclusion. And no punishment at all will be also bad because it is stated that there is probable missbehavior of the QB. So the only path left is the symbolic fine that will look bad for the league for not giving proper overwatch and sanction of fair competition infrigement between the franchises and patriots will look bad because the principles of cheating is aknowledge.

Really poor job from the investigators.

League rules are pretty clear and the ***** were tampered with AFTER the officials expected them. If it doesn't matter, why hide it? Why not hand over the phone that could prove your innocence?
I can't help but think that previous encounters with the NFLs officialdom puts the Pats in a certain light.
Brady will go to the HOF, whether or not this was a legal/non-legal move will undoubtedly taint his career.

The New England Patriots are awaiting word on potential punishment for quarterback Tom Brady after the Wells Report (warning: contains profanity) reached a conclusion that the superstar quarterback was "at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities" related to the Deflategate controversy.
