I believe the normal free kick rules apply, which would mean yes.

It's a live ball if it goes 10 yards, or touches the other team first.

It all legal in the nfl . .......it just a bit to easy to recover onsides here.....also when it is short the return team always goes for it. Generally the logic is off, because I rarely see them go ten yards. I have lost a few to onsides here....IRL the first guy misses it and the recovery is off a deflection or odd bounce. Here they are a series of kicks that are recovered or not. Though I never set my onside recovery team. So that shows how much I care, but without squib kicks what other choices do teams have .

just very thorough ( i think thats the word i want to use) on searching for stuff especially when someone posts a bug that happened to them which in turn i go thru every team they have which is good sometimes if they have only a few and bad sometimes if they have like probably 10+ teams then i find the league that just played their game (that are in the week mode) which eliminates the games that havent been played (that are in the game mode) then i try to find the bug in the week mode games then try to eliminate the ones that it didnt happen to then i find the that 1 game it happened in then i try to find it in the game log where i can post the information with the box score.

like for example Bryson has 7 teams
went thru all 7 teams
found the ones that had the game week mode which if i remember only MFN 15 , Custom 62 , MFN 68 and Private 75 were in that mode.

then i tried to go thru each one to find that bug after the safety which was a onside kick and considering i think all four had a safety in them then i had to look after the SAFETY to find which one had the bug then once i had found it in MFN 68 i posted all that information the box score , the game log , the safety and the BUG (onside kick)

it is alot of work but i figure that i am making it easier for JDB to deal with it if it is not suppose to happen.
